Steps to reproduce:
1. Take Hello.jar from OpenJFX, apps/toys/Hello or download from https://wiki.se.oracle.com/download/attachments/54438415/Hello.jar.
2. Enable high contrast windows theme
2. Run HelloPopupMenu by "java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloPopupMenu" and click on "Weekdays ContextMenu".
Expected: Menu with clearly visible text displayed.
Actual result: Menu has text color almost as dark as background color.
