jtreg 4.2b02 requires main/bootclasspath mode to specify othervm if any command-line flags are used. java/lang/invoke/VarargsArrayTest.java miss othervm for main/bootclasspath mode.

This is fixed already in Jake, so this bug can be closed as soon as fix from jake integrated into dev and propagate through repos.
