A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
I'm having problem with my Java JDK installation.
I have a HP laptop with 64-bit Windows 8.1 installed..

when I install the JDK on my newly installed Win 8.1 computer, an error pop-up.

This is the message:
This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

JUSTIFICATION :
I need to learn java language.
