DiagnosticCommandImpl::invoke throws not very comprehensive message in case if method exists but signature or parameters are wrong

      DiagnosticCommandImpl::invoke throws NoSuchMethodException even if the method actually exists but parameters are wrong.

      It could be confusing, so it would be better to throw IllegalArgumentException in this case.
