20 second delay introduced with Java 8 66 when using Kronos Workforce Central

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
      Issue occurs when using Kronos Workforce Central web interface version 6.3

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When using the Kronos Workforce Central v6.3 web interface, a new 20-second delay was introduced after the upgrade of java from 8 51 to 8 66. The delay is reproducible and consistent. The workaround is to remove java 8 66 and install java 8 51.

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 8u51

      ADDITIONAL REGRESSION INFORMATION:

      Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.51-b03, mixed mode, sharing)

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Once logged in to Kronos web interface, select "Timekeeping" menu and then "Approve Timecards".

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      Data populates in the sub-window almost immediately
      ACTUAL -
      Data populates in the sub-windows after a 20-second delay.

      ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
      no visible errors.

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      Uninstall java 8 66 and reinstall java 8 51.
