Unexpected warning about ignoring value of CCACHE from environment

        Configuring with --enable-ccache produces the following warning in the configure log, even if CCACHE is not set in the environment. I'm seeing this on Linux, if that matters; I haven't tried other platforms.

        checking is ccache enabled... yes
        configure: WARNING: Ignoring value of CCACHE from the environment. Use command line variables instead.
