jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders.addURLToUCP() should return converted real path URL

      The jdk.internal.loader.ClassLoaders.addURLToUCP() converts the given path string to the real path URL. It should return the converted real path URL. The API is needed by the JVM to convert a class path to the real path.
