This enhancement will add native support for the new Catalog API (~~JDK-8081248~~) throughout all of the JAXP XML processors. Developers will be able to deploy catalogs through the JAXP factories, parsers, validator and transformer, or the System properties defined in the Catalog API, or jaxp.properties file.
