Add test that tests JAR files to appear directly in module paths

      After review JDK-8144665, think it might be good to add more tests to test JAR files appearing directly in module paths.
      Will extend existing test jdk/test/tools/jar/modularJar/Basic.java to test java -mp A.jar:B.jar ...
