Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install the test JRE
2.In "Java Runtime Environment Settings" dialog, click Find button
3.Expected behavior: JRE Finder dialog should be launched with Cancel, Previous and Next buttons and Previous button should be disabled

The actual result:
Unable to launch "Java Runtime Environment Settings" dialog,refer to JCP.jpg and please update the instruction.
