      Steps:
      1.Install test jre
      2.Set security level to High from JCP->Security
      3.Rename tests/plugin/manual/LSPJPI/classes/LSP/DeploymentRuleSet.jar.run-Https to DeploymentRuleSet.jar and copy it to deployment.system.home/
      4.Clear cache: javaws -uninstall
      5.Load applet in browser: https://127.0.0.1:8443/LSPJPI/html/CertsignedAllpermissionApplet.html
      6.There will be native security warnings from browser about the https connection. Accept to proceed. In firefox it might be necessary to add the link into browsers exception site list to continue.
      7.Accept the java security warning dialog with notes: "The certificate is not valid and can not be used to verify the identify of the website", click "continue" to proceed.
      8.If the applet is launched successfully without other java security dialogs , then test passed.
      9.Delete DeploymentRuleSet.jar from deployment.system.home/
