Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install test JRE ( it should supports "Enable Java" feature )
2.Turn off the OCSP check.(JCP-Advanced-Perform certificate revocation checks on- Do not check)
3.Close JCP.
4.Copy the policy file from <new_framework>\lib\policy_template\policy_valid.jar to the Config Sytem Home.
Windows: <Windows Directory>\Sun\Java\Deployment\DeploymentRuleSet.jar
5.Open JCP and select "Security" tab
6.Open "Deployment Rule Set - More Information" dialog by clicking "View the active Deployment Rule Set". There should be a text button, "View Certificate Details".
7.Clicking on the "View Certificate Details" should open a dialog about the information of jar's certificate
8.Check that the the pop-up dialog should contain the basic certificate information like this:

The actual result:
At step 6:No "View the active Deployment Rule Set" can be clicked after selecting "Security" tab in JCP.Please refer to JCP-link.jpg.
