Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
Install test jre
1.Launch applet in browser: http://localhost:8080/deploymentToolkit/html/testJreInstallerAutoDownload.html
2.Make sure file with name like jreXXXX.exe is created in directory specified in environment variable TMP
3.Test case fail if downloaded installation file name is not unique (not jreXXXXX.exe, but something like JREInstall.exe)

The actual result:
The file with name like jreXXXX.exe is not created in directory in environment variable TMP.Please refer to noJreFile.jpg.
