Nashorn's ant javadoc targets needs cleanup. All doc targets are broken with modularity. Also, "ant test" in jdk8u runs nashorn javadoc - to ensure that javadoc comments in nashorn sources are maintained. With jdk9 build.xml, test target no longer depends on javadoc target => javadoc comments can have errors undetected [there are 2 such places actually].
