[mlvm] create breakpoint tests with large debugger steps count over limited MH-graph

      JDK-8079695 introduce changes in breakpoint tests, reducing steps amount over large MH-graph to have reasonable execution time. However, a symmetric tests with large amount of steps over limited MH-graph should be added.
