When focus moves from menu bar to popup menu no focus event is fired

      - Start the app: java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloMenu
      - Press Alt, release key, Press D or downarrow
      - Focus is not fired on the first menu item
      - When using JAWS just hear, "Leaving Menu"

      Workaround: press up and down arrows to fire focus on the first menu item.
