JAWS should not pronounce 'Alt' when speaking menu mnemonic key

      - Start Inspect
      - Start the app: java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloMenu
      - Press Alt, release key, Press D or downarrow
      - The Access Key text for the New menu item is "Alt n". It should just be "n".
