SceneBuilder needs public access to CSS styling support from JavaFX that is no longer available

      We need to provide an alternate way for SceneBuilder to access the following methods in Node that is no longer available due to the fix to JDK-8158659:

      impl_getAllParentStylesheets
      impl_setStyleMap
      impl_findStyles
      impl_getMatchingStyles
