      jlink creates a `release` file in a custom image it produces. Currently it generates the MODULES property to list the modules in the image.

      JAVA_VERSION, OS_NAME, OS_ARCH are useful to be in the release file. They are currently added by the jdk build in the JDK and JRE images.
