Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install test JRE ( it should supports "Enable Java" feature )
2.Set "EnableJava" feature to ON in JCP
3.Uninstall and then re-install the same JRE
4.Make sure "EnableJava" is still ON in Java CPL.
(ONLY apply to JDK 8 and JDK7 version 7u11 and later: Before applets/javaws applications get launched, a security warning dialog will pop-up asking you if you want to run the application. Click "Run" to accept.)
5.Run sample applets and make sure that it's loaded fine:

At step 5:the third applet can not be loaded and it will redirect to an invalid page after launching it .Please refer to attachment.png.
