Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install test JRE
2.Launch signed with valid cert javaws application javaws http://localhost:8080/JWSSecurityWarningDialogs/jnlp/testCASigned.jnlp
3.On security warning window "Location:" field is expected to be truncated to http://DOMAIN:PORT
4.Move mouse pointer over "Location:", make sure that tooltip with full path to test jnlp is shown
5.Expected tooltip value is: http://localhost:8080/JWSSecurityWarningDialogs/jnlp/testCASigned.jnlp

The actual result:
The application will be blocked by Java security once the app is launched,Please refer to attachment.png.
