Steps:
1.Install the java version under test
2.Clear java cache from CMD: javaws -uninstall
3.Import application Hello.jnlp: javaws -silent -import -shortcut http://localhost:8080/CommandLine/jnlp/hello.jnlp
4.If the shortCut with name "Hello" is created in Desktop and Program Menu, then test pass. Otherwise test fail

The actual result:
