Steps to reproduce:
1.Install test JRE
2.Configure long domain alias for localhost in host file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts on Win )
3.Some known limitations for domain name in hosts file are 74 symbols ( win )
4.Valid sample is: 127.0.0.1 localhost my_test_domain_for_domain_name_correct_truncate_testing_to_80nn.oracle.com
5.Launch simple javaws application javaws http://my_test_domain_for_domain_name_correct_truncate_testing_to_80nn.oracle.com:8080/JWSSecurityWarningDialogs/jnlp/testSelfSigned.jnlp
6.On security warning window "Location:" field is expected to be truncated to http://DOMAIN:PORT
