JVM with G1 garbage collector crashes multiple times with access violation error

      EXTRA RELEVANT SYSTEM CONFIGURATION :
      G1 garbage collector is enabled

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      We switch our product to use Java 8 update 74 with G1 garbage collector recently. Since then, we have experience random JVM crashes in our develop environment and our customers' production environments. We have collected all instances of JVM crashes that we are aware of and summaries them in this document:

      As you can see in the file, we tried with the newest JDK, Java 8 update 92 and we still got the JVM crash. All of them produce error code 5, access violation.

      THE PROBLEM WAS REPRODUCIBLE WITH -Xint FLAG: Did not try

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7u80

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Cannot reproduce consistently. It happens randomly in our setup. Sometimes it happens after couple days.
