Running the attached old test with Ubuntu 16.04 Unity, I'm getting some 27 failures on various machines. The test tries to combine pairs of decorated and undecorated JWindow, JDialog, JFrame, or Frame and set all of them in turn to always-on-top.

The test consistently pass on Ubuntu 14.04 Xfce4.
