VoiceOver says you are on a tab group rather than on a tab

      - Start VoiceOver
      - Start SwingSet2
      - Press the tab key until focus enters the tab pane
      - VO says "you are currently on a tab group", rather than on a tab in the tab group.

      This is the case with any of the various SwingSet2 demos
