We found an issue of translation tool when handle l10n resource for other project. As the settings of JavaFX L10n support is quite similar, so we would run a test message drop to verify the process of L10n for JavaFX works correct.

To test this process, we need to add a dummy entry into tbom, and need to check it into repo. After run test message drop, we can remove this dummy entry.
