JDK9 b123 + Win. 10 + HiDPI
Please run the attached test sample and try to DnD the left-side text to the right. Both "drag" and "drop" cursors look rude on HiDPI (scale values used - 250%, 200%)
When simply move the mouse over the app., the cursor looks normally (as well as in case of non-HiDPI display).
