Steps to reproduce:
1.Install jre8u45 such as jre8u45b35.
2.Check regedit entry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\, clsid:CAFEEFAC-0018-0000-0000-ABCDEFFEDCBA(Please check the sub-key) point to jre8u45.
3.Install jre9
4.Check regedit entry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\, clsid:CAFEEFAC-0018-0000-0000-ABCDEFFEDCBA(Please check the sub-key) will be redirected to jre9.
5.Using IE, loading http://localhost:8080/CLSID/html/launch.html.
6.The applet couldn't be launched and don't have any information.
7.Uninstall jre9
8.Installing regular promoted jre1.9 bundles to get all 1.9 registry entries.
9.Uninstall regular promoted jre1.9 bundle.
10.Create all the registry static/family CLSID registry entries in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\ against 1.9 got in step8.
11.Install jre9
12.Check the regedit entry created and make sure they will disappear
13.Using IE, loading http://localhost:8080/CLSID/html/launch.html
14.The applet couldn't be launched and don't have any information.
15.Uninstall jre9
16.Check regedit entry in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\CLSID\ and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\, clsid:CAFEEFAC-0018-0000-0000-ABCDEFFEDCBA will be redirected to to jre8u45
