Some cases failed due to they use handleJavaPopUpSettings to deal with dialog. A default security dialog handler will be added. handleJavaPopUpSettingsForceXML instead of handleJavaPopUpSettings should be used.
Also CreateDeploymentProperties.allowPluginDeprecationWarningDialog() in setUp() should be commented out.
