      Steps to reproduce:
      1.Install test JRE
      2.Add http://localhost:8080 in ESL in JCP
      3.Launch signed with valid cert javaws application javaws http://localhost:8080/JWSSecurityWarningDialogs/jnlp/testCASigned.jnlp
      4.On security warning window "Location:" field is expected to be truncated to http://DOMAIN:PORT
      5.Move mouse pointer over "Location:", make sure that tooltip with full path to test jnlp is shown
      6.Expected tooltip value is: http://localhost:8080/JWSSecurityWarningDialogs/jnlp/testCASigned.jnlp

      The actual result:
