Steps to reproduce:
1. Install test bundle jdk-9-ea+127_osx-x64_bin.dmg to /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-9.jdk
2. Download the JCK-runtime-9.jar from /java/re/jck/9/promoted/ea/b39/bundles/JCK-runtime-9.jar to /Users/egtc/JCK and use /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-9.jdk -jar JCK-runtime-9.jar to unzip it
