On a clean 64-bit Windows 7 system, install 64-bit JRE 8u101 b13.

Now, to allow 64-bit IE11 to operate normal running of processes for 64-bit or 32-bit tabs, verify these settings - Click OK.
1. Control Panel> System and Security - Action Center - Change User Account Control Settings => Verify or move the slider to Always notify.
2. Internet Options> Security, verify that Protected Mode is enabled.
3. Internet Options> Advanced> verify that enable Enhanced Protected Mode is checked.

Open browser session in Internet Explorer. This will pop up a bottom bar confirming that
"Several add-ons aren't compatible with Internet Explorer's Enhanced security features and have been disabled. Click on "View add-ons".

Go to, Settings -> Manage add-ons
Under currently loaded add-ons, notice that Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper and Java(tm) Plug-in 2 SSV Helper (64-bit architecture) is rendered as Incompatible.
