When installing WLS,

• Move to Auto Updates screen
• Select "Select Patches from Directory" radio button and click on Browse
• Open window will pop-up

Issue:
Tab press sequence is not maintained in Open pop-up

Tab will move the focus in following order: Location, Up one level, List, Details, Desktop, Create new folder

The order should be: Location, Up one level, Desktop, Create new folder, List, Details
