    Description

      Looks like there is a regression: on XToolkit we have again COMPONENT_RESIZED as in JDK-4985250, in time of Frame.toFront()

      Bug is reproducible on Unity (thus, on Gnome, and not on Xfce4) since JDK9 b130.

      Test to run is java/awt/event/ComponentEvent/MovedResizedTardyEventTest/

      RULE "java/awt/event/ComponentEvent/MovedResizedTardyEventTest/MovedResizedTardyEventTest" Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: Test failed!
