Need documentation for addition of new command to SA launcher

      JDK-8160817 has added a new command 'debugd' to the SA launcher. It has also removed the command jsadebugd. These need to be documented. The following documentation are needed for the same:

      man pages
      release notes
      trouble shooting guides

      I have attached the draft manpage with the 'debugd' changes appended to it.
