Enable tracing which JLI classes can be pre-generated

      To make GenerateJLIClassesPlugin easier to configure, enable some means to dump information about BMHs and LFs generated at runtime.

      This information should preferably be possible to feed back into the --generate-jli-classes jlink plugin unmodified to generate as many of the classes at link time as it can.
