Move sample/forkjoin as test

      JDK provides a sample at sample/forkjoin/mergesort/ since 1.7 and there is a corresponding regression test under jdk/test/sample. Since we plan to throw the sample away, it would be a choice to just move this sample as a test under test/java/util/concurrent/forkjoin
