ActiveRecording recordingDuration unit says nanos, values is in milliseconds

I made a 10 second recording, today 20160812
When we've parsed the recording in JMC, we get
recordingDuration=10000s
recordingStart=1470986590022epochs

The values are actually in ms and epochms, so either the unit metadata or the actual values should change.
