Left / right arrows should move focus within selected row. When focus gets to the left-most cell, focus is returned to the whole row. Pressing the Right arrow at the last cell is a noop, similarly, pressing the Left arrow at the first cell is a noop. There is no wrapping to next or previous rows in this fashion.
