Some platforms, notably Mac, do not typically have their hostname as a loopback in the /etc/hosts file (or moral equivalent). JDI launching and listening connectors use the hostname, at least sadly on Mac. But "localhost" is the standard. Add a failover that explicitly checks "localhost".
