A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When launching Netbeans, after initialization Netbeans hangs and stay "not responsive" for an undefined long time.

I have remove my anti-virus software, disable Windows Firewall e created entries in the Windows Firewall.

The problem remains the same.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Just install Netbeans 8.x on a Win64 machine.


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
