Steps to reproduce:
1) Installed JRE 8 u102 b14 with root user
2) ran JCP: /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/ControlPanel
Expect behavior:
JCP can be launched.
Actually behavior:
The JCP can be not launched, refer to the following info and the image JCP.jpg from attachment
localhost:~ root# /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/ControlPanel
objc[851]: Class JavaLaunchHelper is implemented in both /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/bin/java (0x102af64c0) and /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home/lib/jli/./libjli.dylib (0x10e4f2480). One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

By the way, it is no thus issue for other users.
