Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the test JRE
2. Add http://localhost:8080/ to the Exception Site List in Java Control Panel->Security
Configure the test browser to use the test JRE java plug-in
3. Use the test browser to launch the applet which has “javafx: 2.0+“ and “jvm: 1.6+” in it.

4. Accept to run from the security dialog
5. The applet should get loaded successfully using the test JRE
The actual result:
It only shows a blank page after launching the applet in safari9.
