Test js/basic-set.html fails on 64bit Windows since older attempts to update Webkit, and up to 8u111.
Note that it fails with 8u112 also, but in different way.

Issue JDK-8089428 was closed erroneously since test passes only in 9, but not in 8u: please do not close this as duplicate.
