The Hg forest for OpenJDK contains numerous repositories (root, corba, jaxp, jaxws, jdk, hotspot, nashorn, langtools).
There would be benefits to having this collection of closely related forests together in one forest. In particular, this would allow atomic updates to code currently living in different repos. The need for such commits, particularly jdk + hotspot, is a common occurrence.
