The case doesn't do it on Mac.

Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install the test JRE
2.Launch the Java Control Panel
3.Click "Desktop Settings" tab
4.Click "Add" button
5.Choose any directory that does not contain JDK/JRE on Dialog "Select JDK/JRE directory"
6.Click button "Select Folder"
7.Expected behavior:
After a short time (while the JCP is trying to locate a JRE in the specfied folder), there should be "Unable to locate a JRE in the specified directory" in red showing up at the left-bottom of JCP dialog.
8.Also confirm nothing is changed in "Desktop Settings" tab
The actual result:
No "Select Folder" button display on the dialog,but an "open" button shown at the right bottom of the dialog.Please refer to button.png.
