The actual result:
At step6.We try to modify the Safari settings refer to 1.png. But the applet can not be loaded fine refer to results.png.

By the way,
 We tried to use Jre8u102 to do this case and we modify the Safari settings refer to 2.png and we can get the expected behavior.
We tried to use Jre7u111b13 in Firefox browser and there is no such issue
