LineBreakMeasurer does not measure correctly if TextAttribute.TRACKING is set.

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      TextAttribute.TRACKING is not taken in account when LineBreakMeasurer measures the width. If text is written with a different Tracking value, LineBreakMeasurer does not accurately detect the line breaks so that they can fit within the Max Width parameter.


      REPRODUCIBILITY :
      This bug can be reproduced always.
