[hidpi] AdvancedStage sample produces invalid stage sometimes

      JDK9 b135 + Ubuntu 16.04 Linux (Unity) + HiDPI (scale = 2)

      Please run the attached sample => "nok.png" (invalid stages are selected by red).

      cannot reproduce with JDK8

      at a 1st glance, not reproducible on non-HiDPI machine
